Jorge I. Serna

I majored in Graphic Design at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Upon graduation I went to design at South Texas Commercial Real Estate, where I worked for nearly five years and began my career in real estate.

I balanced my day job with personal creative work, like freelance graphic design and music, which I was able to enjoy an eight year career in. This allowed me to work on other cool projects, from emerging bands to current events.

My creative approach—no matter the medium—comes from my ability to connect with other people. Learning what they love, and why they love it. For me, success isn’t just about making a quick buck and pumping out cookie cutter art. Rather, it’s defined by always putting my clients’ needs first, taking the time to really listen, and delivering the results they expect along with the respect that they deserve.

When it comes to art, I’ve worn more hats in this sector than you could count. However, what I love most about the path that I’ve carved i this overwhelming sense of connection: to my clients, my projects, and, of course, my community. It’s a way to plant a little bit of desire in their hearts; a yearning to turn the page and learn more about your idea. Ultimately, it’s about creating memorable images. It’s my happy place. You might even call it my home.
